Dance

Our new activity is Aegean dances (Sirtaki, Zeybetiko).

Dancing; While keeping fit,  increases mental power and makes the person Happy. By operating muscles, it reduces stress and increases motivation and  has important benefits to brain health.

According to experts, dancing improves the brain’s memory and decision making area.

Every week, on Mondays, we have 2 dance sessions (14.00-15.00 and 15.30-16.30) in Konacik Avenue Mall.
